Kushal Naharki is a passionate young changemaker and environment activist from Nepal. He has worked in the field of agriculture, environment and youth empowerment for more than 5 years. He is highly dedicated towards empowering youth and communities through knowledge sharing, training, events, webinars and campaigns. 

He has worked as Agriculture Extension Officer, Youth Advisory Group for Youth Power Learning and Evaluation, YouthLead Ambassador, Regional Ambassador to Asia for Tunza EcoGeneration, Local Representative of YPARD Nepal and Project Member of Climateducate South Asia. He has also led organizations Youth Innovation Network and Youth Thinkers’ Society Lamjung. 

He is the winner of Eco Hero Award 2018, most inspirational ecogeneration ambassador and selected as global young changemaker 2020. He has earned his bachelor degree in agriculture from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He believes that we are our own leader of positive changes and innovations in our community. He is interested in agriculture, integrated pest management, entrepreneurship, capacity building, climate change, plant health and extension.
